To ensure customer satisfaction, we encourage the customer to open the laptop during delivery with the delivery person and check:
1. Cosmetic condition
2. Specifications
3. Functionality
If Satisfied & happy with their purchase, the customer will need to sign a form stating they are signing off acceptance of the laptop granted the laptop is exactly as stated in the AD.
Once the order has been placed, you can not change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. Please ensure you cancel your order before processing begins. Orders cannot be changed once the status of the order has changed to 'order processing'.
