After completing the purchase of a laptop via Jolt Technologies website online, customer will be informed via phone call in advance that they will have to check the laptop upon delivery -
Customer must be verified with their valid government issued ID by the delivery guy
To ensure customer satisfaction, we encourage the customer to make sure they are receiving a laptop exactly as stated in the AD .
Customer must open the laptop during delivery with the delivery person and check

2. Specifications
3. Functionality
If satisfied & happy with their purchase, customer will need to sign a form stating they are signing off acceptance of the laptop granted the laptop is exactly as stated in the AD .
The delivery guy will give a copy of the signed form to the customer and keep a signed copy with a copy of the customers government issued ID -
Incase customer does not agree or is not satisfied with the laptop, They will decline the acceptance form on the spot and delivery guy will transport the laptop back to the warehouse
Jolt Technologies does not offer Returns, Warranty nor partial refunds.
Incase there is a genuine issue with the device within 3 days of purchase, Jolt Technologies will process the request and will resolve the issue .
Incase there is accidental damage of any sort to the laptop purchases from Jolt technologies, customer will be given flat rates for the repair.
Jolt Technologies will charge full repair cost to customers whose laptop has been bought from an outside source.
Jolt technologies does not sell repaired laptops - All laptops are imported from New york city directly to Pakistan - All laptops have gone through 4 different stages Apple MRI checks to making sure functionality is supreme.
SERIAL NUMBERS of all components are recorded. Incase parts have been tempered with Jolt Technologies will deny repair requests.
